Our client, a forward-thinking and rapidly growing company, is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join their team. This role is remote, with a preference for candidates who are proximate to the DFW, Austin, Houston, Washington DC Metro, or Philly Metro areas to allow for potential in-person engagement.


Role Summary:


The HR Generalist will be instrumental in managing HR functions and will report directly to the HR Manager. Your expertise will contribute to the development of HR solutions that will support the company's strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage HR initiatives including policy development, benefits administration, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee recruitment, new hire processes, and exit interviews.
  • Provide counsel on employee relations and compliance with regulatory concerns.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and maintain employee files and records.
  • Propose innovative approaches for ongoing HR improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to legal standards by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.

Candidate Profile:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of professional HR experience.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Preferred SHRM-CP or PHR qualifications.
